E 阶段：机会和解决方案

- 根据 B、C 和 D 阶段的 GAP 分析和架构路线图组件创建架构路线图。
- 确定是否需要增量方法来实现目标架构。如果需要，请确定将向组织交付业务价值的过渡架构。
方法
机会和解决方案阶段提供了如何交付目标架构的过程。它考虑了之前阶段在所有架构领域中确定的差距，并将所需的更改分组到工作包中。
以下是从开发到交付目标架构的过程中的四个步骤。
- 架构路线图——在时间线中列出工作包
- 工作包——识别变更的逻辑组
- 过渡架构——在目标架构和基线架构之间处于架构重要状态的过渡状态，将增加业务价值
- 实施和迁移计划——将实现目标架构的项目时间表
